Join our team and lead marketing strategies that connect more students, families, and communities to opportunities, providing the support they need to thrive. We are seeking a energetic Marketing Manager who can roll up their sleeves and be hands-on without losing track of the strategic vision.

What You'll Do
- Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and program participation. Lead campaigns from ideation through execution and implementation.
- Digital & Social Media: Lead social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh, effective, and optimized for ROI.
- Analytics & Performance: Analyze digital performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach and conversion.



Track, analyze, and report on key metrics.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies. Collaborate with finance staff to set and stay within budget. Direct the hiring of marketing/promotions agencies as needed and supervise their work.
- Innovation: Stay current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing landscape.

What We're Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Total industry experience of 10+ years, including 3-5 years of digital marketing experience. Experience in the nonprofit or education sector is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in digital marketing, social media, and advertising. Proficient with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email automation platforms, and CMS systems. Deep understanding of website metrics, SEO, lead generation, and
