Position Summary:

The QMS Internal Auditor is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting internal audits to ensure compliance with the organization’s Quality Management System and applicable standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949. The auditor will evaluate the effectiveness of processes, identify risks, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Profile:
- Plan, schedule, and conduct internal quality audits in accordance with the audit plan and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
- Review and evaluate process controls, procedures, documentation, and records to assess compliance and effectiveness.
- Identify and document non-conformities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
- Assess effectiveness of CAPAs during follow-up audits.
- Assist in maintaining QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records.




- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing QMS procedures.
- Support periodic review and updates of QMS documentation.
- Support external audits (e.g., customer, regulatory, certification body) as required.
- Ensure internal audit results are aligned with external audit expectations.
- Minimize audit observations through robust internal audit practices.
- Collaborate with process owners during audits to promote a culture of quality.
- Provide training and guidance to internal departments on QMS compliance and audit readiness.
- Continuously monitor industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
