Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Freelance Recruiter to help source and attract talented Data Scientists and Analysts proficient in Python. You will be responsible for identifying candidates who are passionate about AI technology and capable of developing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and identify candidates with robust Python proficiency for roles focused on AI technology.
- Evaluate candidates' ability to write effective Python code, perform data analysis, and draw insights from public databases.
- Assess candidates' communication skills, especially their ability to explain coding logic and findings clearly.
- Ensure candidates have a solid understanding of business needs and can translate data insights into actionable recommendations.




- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
- Ability to identify and assess technical skills in Python programming and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of the AI and data science landscape,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage the recruitment process efficiently.
