Title: Fitter Supervisor / Site Engineer – Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) (Immediate Joining)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the installation, assembly, and fitting of pre-engineered building (PEB) structures, including columns, rafters, purlins, and wall/roof panels.
- Ensure all work is executed in compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan daily tasks, allocate work to fitters, welders, and helpers, and monitor their performance to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any structural or assembly issues.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely project completion.




- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in PEB structure installation.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of prefabricated construction techniques.
- Familiarity with structural systems and civil construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints accurately.

Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel or relocate for projects in different states as per company requirements.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
