ERM Industrial Assets Department

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven MetricStream Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of MetricStream solutions at Glencore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes. You will be responsible for delivering to project timelines and manage technical and functional resources both internally as well as with Glencore’s third-party vendors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple locations globally.

The main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Lead the delivery of MetricStream implementation at Glencore, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
- Monitor project progress to plan, identify risks,



and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate status, address challenges and escalations as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in project management and GRC implementations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a cooperative and high-performance environment.

Technical Experience:
- Degree (e.g., BA, BSc) or professional certifications in computer science, Information technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years’ experience delivering and managing MetricStream implementations in global organizations.
- Proven experience as a delivery lead, preferably with MetricStream or similar GRC platforms.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
