Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities

Place of work: Pan India

Job Purpose:

This is a leadership role where 8-12 Private Banking RM's are mapped to them and this person is expected to help these RM's meet their AUM, TRV and Revenue Goals by mentoring, coaching, doing joint client meetings. They are also expected to manage 15-20 large clients and deliver 1.5 X of their Fixed Compensation in addition to the team goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Owning the AUM, TRV and Revenue targets of the team and delivering on all financial parameters
Provide a seamless banking and wealth management experience from a product and interpersonal point of view through the teams
Achieve organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores




Acquire Customers through the respective teams via natural market, open market activities, references from Internal sources via existing branch and digital networks network.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Ensure regulatory compliance
High relationship management orientation; ability to forge effective relationships
Robust focus on service delivery
Execution oriented, i.e. driven to achieve results.
