About the Role
The Media Buyer is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across major paid media platforms. This role focuses on driving performance, improving efficiency, and supporting overall marketing objectives through data-driven decisions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with strategy and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.

Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

Execute budget pacing and scaling strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Collaborate with internal teams to align media execution with broader marketing strategies.

Implement A/B testing and structured experimentation to improve campaign outcomes.

Prepare regular performance reports and clearly communicate insights and recommendations.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation of campaigns, tests, and changes.

Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of hands-on experience in media buying or paid media management.

Experience managing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.

Experience managing monthly ad budgets.

Working knowledge of tracking, attribution, pixels, and basic funnel structures.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
