Executive /Senior Executive-CPCT (Contracts, Project Commercials & Credit Tracking)

Qualification: M.Com, ICWA, MBA Finance

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of institutional and project business. The role involves end-to-end monitoring of customer contracts, project billing, payment tracking, and credit control, ensuring compliance with agreed commercial terms during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executive contracts and commercial documentation for institutional and project customers.
- Track project billing, collections, and receivables in coordination with Finance and Project teams.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of customer accounts and adherence to payment schedules.
- Support Sales and Project teams in commercial negotiations and contract compliance.
- Analyze commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain credit control and assist in dispute resolution related to project payments.

Candidate Profile:

ICWA, M.COM,



MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification with solid understanding of project commercials, contracts, and credit control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience : 4-8 years in project-based industries such as building materials, construction, EPC, or manufacturing preferred.
- Salary: 6-7 LPA
