Role-Growth Manager
Location: Hyderabad

Qualification:

• Graduate (any specialization) from a top institute is a must

• MBA (or equivalent qualification) from a tier-I institute is preferred

Experience:

• 5+ years of total experience in CRM/ Growth/ Marketing roles in a high growth digital environment

• Overall experience should be under 10 years

• Prior experience in Gaming industry is a plus

• Past record of driving growth across customer retention or acquisition in a fast paced setting is a must

• Expertise with CRM and marketing tools and in using advance data analytics / tools

• Experience in managing a team and collaborating with cross functional teams

Key capabilities and other requirements:

• Strong analytical & problem solving skills

• Implementation expertise

• Business strategy
