Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the software asset inventory and license database.
- Assist in tracking software procurement, installation, renewals, and retirements.
- Monitor software usage to ensure compliance with vendor licensing agreements.
- Support internal audits and prepare data for external software audits.
- Work with procurement and IT teams to process purchase requests for software.
- Generate reports on software usage, compliance, and renewal timelines.
- Help identify underutilized software to reduce unnecessary costs.
- Maintain proper documentation of license agreements, purchase orders, and renewals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Asset Management / Software Asset Management / IT Support (freshers with strong interest in SAM may apply).
- Basic knowledge of software licensing concepts (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle etc.).
- Familiarity with Sharepoint, Excel, JIRA
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Robust organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
