The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a base plus commission-based role responsible for finding potential clients in the market geographically (3-4 districts) assigned to you through field visits. The BDE should be focused on potential customers and cultivating them for closing the sale through making positive impact leading to everlasting relationships. They should be able to quickly build a rapport with potential clients, have a strong understanding of our business to convey our products, track and follow-up with potential clients, and convert recent business. Finally, the BDE would be part of the final handoff of clients to the appropriate/ accounting teams for support and renewals.
