Here's how you can help. We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Mumbai, India Regional Office team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.

Position Highlights:
As a Human Resources Generalist you’ll play a vital role in our Mumbai, India Regional Office team at Lions International.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions for the ISAME & Africa office, ensuring alignment with headquarters policies and adapting to local labor laws and cultural contexts.



Coordinates talent acquisition activities, manages day to day HR administration, compliance, and payroll administration. Oversee facilities of the ISAME & Africa office and manage facilities vendors, including housekeeping, office security, and pantry services. Collaborate with Regional Manager to manage HR and Facilities’ budgets. Manage contracted facilities vendor responsible for housekeeping, security, pantry services, etc. Support the Regional Manager in tasks related to office administration and shared services (travel and logistics, dispatch, etc.)
