Overview
The Test Consultant - O2 position is a critical role within our organization, focusing on ensuring the highest quality of our software products. The Test Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert in testing and quality assurance, utilizing a variety of testing methodologies to identify defects and improve product reliability. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement testing strategies according to project requirements.
- Develop and execute automated and manual test cases.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability.




- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve application defects.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing input on testing deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and practices.
- Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior testers and provide training on best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend tools for improving test efficiency.
- Analyze and improve testing processes for continuous improvement.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases.
- Lead problem-solving sessions to address testing challenges.
- Work collaboratively with the QA team to achieve project goals.
- Participate in customer meetings to understand requirements and feedback.
