- Ensure adherence to design and quality specifications
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of material accounting
Operational
- Execution of tasks vis-à-vis schedule
- Co-ordinate daily execution by various contractors
- Monitor in-process quality of various tasks and escalate issues as necessary
- Ensure adherence to design and quality specifications
- Test materials, such as cement, concrete, steel, door frames etc, as per IS/ BS codes, as relevant
- Receive, inspect and issue materials (cement and steel) at site with necessary documentation such as GR Notes and Material Issue Notes
- Assist site accountant in material accounting
