Job Title: Apartment Rental and Sales Services Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to support apartment rentals and sales, handle client interactions, coordinate viewings, manage documents, and assist the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding apartment rentals and property sales.

• Schedule and coordinate property viewings and open houses.

• Maintain up-to-date listings of available rental units and properties for sale.

• Prepare leasing and sales documentation, contracts, and marketing materials.

• Follow up with prospective tenants and buyers, providing information and support.

• Support property tours with prospective renters or buyers, occasionally accompanying agents.

• Collect and process rental applications, including credit and background checks.

• Maintain organized files of contracts, agreements, and tenant information.

• Communicate with landlords, tenants,



and property owners to resolve inquiries or issues.

• Support marketing campaigns for rental and sales properties (online postings, social media, etc.).

• Perform general administrative duties including answering calls, responding to emails, and

managing calendars.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or

related field is a plus.

• Previous experience in real estate, leasing, or administrative support preferred.

• Solid communication and customer service skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management/CRM software.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of local rental laws and real estate practices is a plus.
