Job Description Role Summary:

n As a Motion Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to create high-quality motion content for digital products, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand experiences. If you're passionate about animation, AI-powered creativity, and crafting seamless user experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
n Expected Responsibilities:
n n Create engaging motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, and brand storytelling.
n Design UI animations, micro-interactions, and motion systems that elevate our web and mobile experiences.
n Bring static designs to life using thoughtful animation and visual storytelling.
n Build interactive animations using Rive and Lottie for modern digital products.
n Partner with Product, Design, Brand, and Marketing teams to create experiences people remember.
n Experiment with AI-powered creative tools to push creative boundaries and speed up workflows.
n Ensure every animation is optimized for performance across platforms while staying true to the brand.
n n Expected Skills:
n n Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, and visual storytelling.
n Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop




n Proficiency creating Rive, Lottie animations for web and mobile applications. Experience in creating interactive and state-based animations.
n Experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, or similar.
n Ability to design smooth UI animations, micro-interactions, and motion systems for digital products.
n Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual design sense.
n Ability to convert static designs into engaging, performance-optimized motion graphics.
n Understanding of branding, visual identity, and digital-first design.
n n Preferred Skills:
n n Experience with Figma and developer handoff workflows.
n Knowledge of optimizing animations for web and mobile applications.
n Basic sound design and motion syncing skills.
n Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or consumer-facing digital products.
n n Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai's Western suburbs).
