Job Description Role & Responsibilities
n * Work on interested leads provided by the company (No Cold Calling).
n * Connect with customers to understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable plans.
n * Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
n * Follow up with customers and ensure end-to-end sales closure.
n * Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
n * Deliver an excellent customer experience before and after the sale.
n * Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
n Preferred Candidate Profile
n * Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass).
n * Marathi language is mandatory.
n * Good communication and convincing skills.
n * Basic computer knowledge.
