Job Description Sales Manager Exhibitions
n We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Sales and Business Development Team as a Business Manager. As Business Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing relationships with key clients, building on new client base while retaining existing clients.
n All our trade fairs and initiatives are B2B. You would be expected to complete the sales cycle from identifying potential exhibitors to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role demands strong communication skills, confidence, negotiation ability, and a proactive sales mindset.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Selling Exhibition Space: Interact with decision makers in order to sell exhibition booth space for showcasing their products, services or brands at our B2B trade shows.
n Sales Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients, including corporations, trade associations and government agencies.
n Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and achieve exhibition revenue target.
n Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations,



and marketing materials to pitch to potential companies and trade bodies.
n Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
n Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
n Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and identify current business opportunities.
n n Required Qualifications:
n n Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B exhibitions industry.
n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
n Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
n Willingness to travel extensively.
