Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Salesforce with 7+ years of experience to lead and manage large-scale Salesforce initiatives. The role involves end-to-end ownership of Salesforce-based Loan Origination System (LOS) programs, driving delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes in the Vehicle Finance domain.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram / Project DeliveryLead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning.Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Salesforce Implementation OversightOversee Salesforce LOS implementation including workflows, approvals, integrations, and reporting.Ensure alignment with business processes such as lead management, credit evaluation, sanctioning, and disbursement stages.Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementCoordinate with Business, Credit, Operations, IT, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams.Manage external vendors / SI partners for development and support activities.Drive governance forums, status reporting, and steering committee updates.Domain Leadership – Vehicle FinanceDrive implementation of vehicle finance journeys (2W, PV, CV, CE, Tractor) on Salesforce.Ensure alignment with end-to-end LOS lifecycle including sourcing, underwriting, approval, and disbursement processes. Risk, Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and control frameworks.Process Optimization & TransformationDrive initiatives to improve TAT, customer experience, and operational efficiency.Lead transformation initiatives such as automation,
