Job description:Key ResponsibilitiesLead new product development projects from concept to commercialization.Research emerging technologies, materials, and market trends in the composites industry.Develop cutting-edge products for vacuum infusion, prepreg, resin transfer molding (RTM), and composite manufacturing processes.Conduct material evaluations for nylon, polyester, polymer films, sealants, technical fabrics, and related composite consumables.Coordinate laboratory testing, product validation,



and performance benchmarking.Design and execute trials for new products and process improvements.Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth scale-up from pilot stage to commercial manufacturing.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.Prepare technical specifications, product datasheets, test reports, and development documentation.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product performance issues.Identify cost reduction and value engineering opportunities without compromising quality.Coordinate with suppliers for development and qualification of new raw materials.Support customer technical visits, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting activities.Benefits:Food providedPaid sick timePaid time offWork Location: Sachin GIDCPay: 35,000 /- - ₹45,000/- per month
