Role & responsibilitiesProcess and dispatch domestic and international print-on-demand orders daily, meeting the company's 24-hour ship SLACoordinate with courier and logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket) for pickups, rate negotiation and service selectioPrepare and verify export documentation - commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill (AWB), shipping bills, e-way bills, and HSN / customs paperworGenerate and manage shipping labels across courier and marketplace portals and the company's fulfilment system / APTrack shipments end-to-end; proactively resolve delays, customs holds and delivery exceptions, and manage RTO / undelivered shipments and reshipmentReconcile courier invoices against booked shipments - flag weight discrepancies, surcharges and billing errorMaintain shipment MIS - dispatch volumes, SLA adherence, courier-wise cost, and zone-wise performancCoordinate with the warehouse / packing team on order readiness,
