Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts for open plots projects.Draft plotting layouts, road networks, drainage, and utility plans.Modify and update drawings based on project requirements.Coordinate with engineering, survey, and project teams.Ensure drawings comply with DTCP/RERA/local authority guidelines.Maintain drawing records and revisions properly.Visit project sites if required for measurements and updates.Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software.Good knowledge of plotting layouts and land development drawings.Understanding of DTCP approvals and basic civil drawings.Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.Ability to work within deadlines.QualificationDiploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.Certification in AutoCAD is preferred.Preferred Candidate Profile4-8 Years experience in real estate or open plots projects.Positive communication and coordination skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
