Job DescriptionJob Profile: Facilities Analyst II Nn Job Description NnKey Responsibilities NFacilities Operationsn N Manage daily operationsof office facilities, ensuring uninterrupted business operations. N Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG sets, lifts, and other building systems. N Monitor building management systems (BMS), access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems. N Ensure high standards of housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, landscaping, and pest control services. N Manage workplace requests through ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution. NnVendor & Contract Management Nn Manage facility service providers and contractors. N Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). N Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits. N Verify vendor invoices and support payment processing. N Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procurement policies. NnHealth, Safety & Compliance Nn Ensure compliancewith applicable Indian statutory requirements, including:



N State Shops & Establishments Act N National Building Code (NBC) N Fire and Life Safety regulations N Local Fire Department requirements N Pollution Control Boardnorms (where applicable) N Electrical safety regulations N Occupational health andsafety requirements N Coordinate fire drills,emergency response exercises, and evacuation planning. N Support EHS audits and corrective action implementation. N Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation. NnWorkplace Services Nn Support office moves, seating arrangements, workplace projects, and employee engagement initiatives. N Coordinate conference room management and workplace amenities. N Ensure a positive employee workplace experience through proactive service delivery. NnFinancial Management Nn Track operationalexpenses and support annual budget planning. N Monitor utility consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities. N Review purchase requests and maintain asset inventories.
