N· Update supplier reconciliation portal in a timely manner. N· Coordinate with clientsto obtain missing vendor bills and approvals.
N· Prepare weekly AP reports, process vendor payments, and allocate entries in the books. N· Review vendor reconciliations prepared by Associates. NTaxation & Compliancen· Follow up with vendors for W9 forms and prepare 1099 workings. N· Perform tax return reconciliations. N· Review weekly sales entries. N· Review sales tax and prompt tax workings and prepare use tax calculations. N· Prepare CRT / TPT / 8027 and other county tax returns. NMonth-End Closing & Reporting N· Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. N· Respond to emails on a timely basis. N· Ensure on-time deliveryof AP reports to clients. N· Meet all internal month-end closing deadlines (financials). NTraining, Quality & Process Management N· Train new team members and support their onboarding. N· Ensure adherence to allinternal processes and systems. N· Stay open to learning new processes and taking on additional responsibilities as assigned. N· Attend internal training and development programs for personal and professional growth. N· Mentor and train Associates in day-to-day operations.
