The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. NResponsibilities: Nn Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns. N Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and service. N Demonstrate a strong understanding of AI tools and solutions, with the ability to take and manage AI-related briefs effectively. N Leverage prior experience in handling AI-driven projects or campaigns to ensure seamless execution and delivery. N Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and to address client issues and concerns. N Monitor and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
N Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations. N Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management. NnRequirements: Nn Bachelor's degreein Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. N 1-2 years of experiencein a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. N Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. N Solid understanding ofAI tools, platforms, and emerging technologies. N Prior experience handling AI-related briefs and AI-driven projects is required. N Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client issues and concerns. N Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. N Proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel & PowerPoint.
