Job DescriptionYears of experience: 3+ years of experience in Pre as well as Post Production NTop 5 things you will do in your role: Nn Video editing & production - Decode client briefs to develop, edit and deliver short-form video content that aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and platform-specific communication requirements N Creative conceptualisation & content creation - Participate in brainstorming sessions and work closely with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas and develop video-first concepts for Reels, Shorts and social media formats N Content quality & standards - Create high-quality video and phone-shot content while ensuring consistency, attention to detail and adherence to established visual and editorial standards N Account ownership - Take ownership of assigned brands by developing a deep understanding of the client, category and competitors, while consistently pushing for stronger storytelling and higher-value video output N On-ground shooting & creative exploration - Lead and execute on-ground/in-house phone shoots for social content,



while leveraging research, cultural trends and platform behaviour to uncover fresh, differentiated video concepts NnSkills you will need for this role: Nn Solid proficiency across video editing tools, software and apps, with the ability to execute ideas with craft, precision and creative intent N A broad visual sensibility with the ability to adapt video thinking across different audiences, formats and platforms, including comfort with phone-based shooting and vertical video N A collaborative mindsetwith enthusiasm for ideas, emerging technology (familiarity with AI-powered video tools and workflows is a plus) and evolving social media trends N The ability to take feedback positively, continuously improve editing and shooting skills and actively contribute ideas and knowledge within the team N The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, always-on content environment N
