Job DescriptionRole: Techno-Commercial Sales Lead | Silicone Tubing & Reinforced Hoses NIndustry: Pharmaceutical and Biotech NLocation: Hyderabad | Employment Type: Full-time, On-site NRole Description: NWe are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Techno-Commercial Sales Lead | Silicone Tubing & Reinforced Hoses to lead business growth by driving strategic sales initiatives, building customer relationships, and expanding market reach across the pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, and industrial sectors. NThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, understanding customer needs, and delivering innovative solutions that drive business success. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and enhance the company's market presence. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Lead B2B techno-commercial sales activities for Silicone Tubing and Reinforced Hose Pipe solutions across Pan-India markets. N Develop and manage business opportunities in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, and industrial processing sectors. N Understand customer technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements, and recommend suitable tubing/hose solutions in coordination with internal technical teams. N Advise customers on theregulatory and quality-compliance aspects of tubing/hose selection — including USP Class VI, ISO 10993 biocompatibility, FDA 21 CFR, cGMP, and ASME-BPE requirements — and coordinate with QA/regulatory teams to furnish material certifications, as required N Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities. N Conduct client meetings, field visits, product presentations,



and technical discussions with decision-makers, including QA/regulatory stakeholders where relevant. N Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries. N Follow up on quotations, negotiations, purchase orders (POs), dispatches, and payments. N Participate in exhibitions, pharma expos, and industry networking events to enhance market presence. NnQualifications: Nn Strong B2B industrial sales experience N Excellent communicationand negotiation skills N Ability to understand technical products and customer applications N Working knowledge of regulatory and quality standards applicable to biopharma fluid-transfer components — e.G. USP Class VI, ISO 10993, ISO 9001/13485, FDA 21 CFR, cGMP, ASME-BPE, and REACH/RoHS. N Application-level understanding of biopharma manufacturing processes and where tubing and hoses are used within them. N Solid relationship-building and business development capabilities N Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn networking N Willingness to travel extensively across India NnEducation and Experience: Nn 5–6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Pharma/Biotech industry preferred) N BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Rubber, or Polymer Engineering N Relevant experience in industries like Biopharma, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices is a strong advantage N Prior exposure to regulatory/quality documentation (COA, DMF, validation protocols, extractables & leachables reports) is a plus NnMandatory Product Experience: NFluid Handling TubingnPump Tubing NReinforced HosesnJoining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred NPlease share your resume to [email protected]
