N Ensure all Balances arereconciled on monthly basis N Closing the month end and reporting the numbers for Management reporting N Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations. NnGovernance & Compliance Nn Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA). N Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate governance policies, and audit requirements. N Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and compliance audits. NnCash Flow & Treasury Management Nn Manage cash flow,working capital, and liquidity. N Oversee treasury operations and banking relationships.
