Job DescriptionRole Overview -AGM Strategy (Real Estate) NThe Strategy Manager – Sales & Business Strategy will drive revenue growth by designing, executing, and monitoring sales and business strategies across projects. The role focuses on market intelligence, pricing strategy, channel optimization, sales performance analytics, and strategic initiatives to enhance conversion, velocity, and profitability. This will be for our Real Estate. N(The House of Shubhashish) as well as for our aviation sector (BKJ Airports). NSales Strategy & Planning Nn Develop and implement project-wise and annual sales strategies aligned with business goals N Define sales targets, revenue forecasts, absorption plans, and launch strategies for recent projects N Support leadership in defining short-term and long-term growth roadmaps NnMarket Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Nn Conduct in-depth market research on pricing, demand trends, inventory movement, and competitor strategies. N Track micro-market dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities N Recommend corrective actions based on market shifts. NnPricing & Product Strategy Nn Design pricing frameworks, discounting logic,and promotional schemes to optimize sales-velocity and margins. N Work closely with CRM, sales, and finance teams on price revisions and offer effectiveness. N Analyze product mix andunit configuration performance NnSales Performance & Analysis Nn Monitor sales funnel, lead conversion ratios, channel productivity, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)



N Create dashboards, MIS,and management reports for leadership rev N Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. NnChannel & BusinessDevelopment Strategy Nn Evaluate and optimize channel partner performance and incentive structures N Support channel expansion strategies and institutional sales opportunities.
