NWe are looking for CreditManager Retention profile and below is the brief JD NKey ResponsibilitiesnCredit Assessment Nn Evaluate loan applications as per the organization's credit policy. N Analyze customer financials, income, banking, and repayment capacity. N Verify KYC, income documents, property documents, and credit bureau reports. N Conduct risk assessmentand recommend approval, rejection, or deviation. N Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. NnRetention & Customer Management Nn Follow up with customers whose files are pending or likely to be cancelled. N Understand customer concerns and resolve issues to improve loan conversion. N Coordinate with Sales, DSAs, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Business teams for faster processing. N Retain customers by explaining product features, interest rates, eligibility,



and documentation requirements. N Work on reducing customer drop-offs (Top of the Funnel to Bottom of the Funnel conversion). NnPortfolio Monitoring Nn Track pending login files and sanction cases. N Monitor loan pipeline and ensure timely disbursement. N Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for credit decisions. N Ensure quality of the loan portfolio while meeting business targets. NnMIS & Reporting Nn Prepare daily MISon login, sanction, rejection, retention, and disbursement. N Track customer follow-ups and pending cases.
