Job DescriptionProject Manager – Data and Analytics NJob SummarynWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Data and Analytics initiatives, with a focus on Snowflake migrations, SAP data migrations, or similar projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, data governance, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring seamless execution of data-driven projects. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Project Leadershipn Nn Lead end-to-end project management for data migration initiatives, particularly involving Snowflake, SAP, or other data platforms. N Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Nnn Stakeholder Collaboration Nnn Work closely with IT teams, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure project success. N Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams. Nnn Risk and Issue Management Nnn Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. N Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.



Nnn Data Governance and Compliance Nnn Ensure adherence to data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. N Oversee data quality and integrity throughout the migration process. Nnn Agile Methodologies Nnn Apply Agile or hybrid project management frameworks to drive efficiency and adaptability. NnRequired Skills and Qualifications Nn Bachelor's degreein Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. N Proven experience in project management, preferably in data migration, analytics, or IT projects. N Familiarity with Snowflake, SAP, or similar data platforms (direct experience is a plus). N Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. N Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. N PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is advantageous. NnPreferred Skills Nn Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). N Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). N Background in data governance, compliance, or security. N
