N● Foster an understandingof your role's importance in the growth of the company. NRoles & Responsibilities: NClient and Media Relations: N● Liaise daily with clients and media via telephone and email. N● Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and media. N● Leverage existing mediarelationships and cultivate current contacts within business and industry media. N● Promote news stories and features to the media and sell them effectively. NMonitoring and Research: N● Monitor traditional andnew age media, including newspapers, journals, broadcasts, social media, and blogs, for client opportunities. NMarketing Coordination: N● Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers. N● Explore and create opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising NEvent and Campaign Management: N● On-ground presence at events, including press conferences and promotional activities.



N● Prepare presentations, campaign taglines, and interview responses. NContent Creation and Documentation: N● Research, write, and disseminate press releases to targeted media. NCrisis Management: N● Support seamless crisismanagement and troubleshooting. NClient Relationship Management: N● Ensure 100% client retention by delivering exceptional service. N● Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction. NStrategic Planning: N● Assist in creation of quarterly and annual brand marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals along with senior media consultants. N● Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and offer relevant communication strategy recommendations. NKnowledge Upkeep: N● Maintain relationships and databases with key stakeholders. N● Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers. NLocation: Mumbai NMonday - Friday (last Saturday working) N9:30AM - 6:00PM
