Job DescriptionDesignation: Pilot – Fixed Wing UAV NLocation: Bangalore NEducation: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field NCertification: Must have Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) issued by DGCA NExperience: 10+ Years NAbout the Role: The pilot will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation (flying, tuning, etc.) of fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles for various applications including testing and demonstration in both manual and autonomous modes. NRoles & Responsibilities: Nn Operate fixed-wing UAVs in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements in manual, autonomous and hybrid modes. N Tune flight controllersfor ground and air operations. N Coordinate with project/team leads for flight planning, task execution, progress reporting and issue escalation. N Execute flight missionsensuring safety, compliance, and mission objectives are met. N Monitor UAV systems andperformance during flights to ensure operational integrity. N Troubleshoot and address any in-flight issues or anomalies promptly and effectively. N Develop detailed flightplans and conduct pre-flight checks. N Assess weather conditions and other environmental factors to determine flight feasibility. N Coordinate with team members to understand mission objectives and requirements. N Conduct post-flight inspections and maintenance checks. N Download and analyze flight data, providing detailed reports on mission outcomes. N Prepare and maintain SOPs, flight logs, maintenance records, and other necessary documentation.



N Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of UAV systems and ground control stations. N Adhere to all aviation regulations and company safety protocols. N Stay updated on UAV regulatory changes and industry best practices. N Be flexible with extended hours, travel, and schedule shifts to support testing needs. N Manage inventory of UAVcomponents, spare parts, and related supplies. N Perform other duties asrequired. NnRequirement: Nn Familiarity with various UAV platforms, navigation systems, and ground control software. N Strong knowledge of UAVintegration. N Must be an Indian citizen and, if selected, may be subject to a government security investigation. N Strong understanding ofaerodynamics, flight principles, and UAV technology. N Excellent situational awareness and decision-making skills. N Proficient in data analysis and reporting. N Must have the ability to visualize and work with complex mechanical/electrical systems and work with others in problem solving. N Accountability, Teamwork and cooperation, Cultural awareness, conflict management, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility. N Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail. N Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. N Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. N Ability to travel to various job sites as required.
