N Experience in handling Domestic Holidays, International Holidays and MICE operations is essential. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Lead and manage end-to-end travel operations for Domestic, International and MICE assignments. N Supervise and mentor the Operations team to ensure timely and seamless execution of travel services. N Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other travel partners. N Oversee itinerary planning, reservations, visa coordination, travel documentation and operational compliance.
N Ensure high standards of customer service and prompt resolution of operational issues. N Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and business partners. N Monitor operational efficiency, service quality and cost optimization. N Drive process improvements and implement best operational practices.
