Job DescriptionRole Overview NWe at Cureskin are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Digital Ads Video Producer who can blend storytelling with data to create scroll-stopping video ads. You will be responsible for developing conversion-focused creatives for paid digital campaigns. NLocation: Mumbai or Bengaluru NKey Responsibilities: NCreative Strategy & VideoProduction N● Manage end-to-end videoproduction, including scripting, storyboarding, shoot planning, and editing. N● Collaborate with scriptwriters to develop multiple hooks, storytelling formats, and ad variations for A/B testing. N● Work closely with editors to create different video treatments, styles, and platform-specific formats. N● Continuously identify winning creative formats and scale them across campaigns.



N● Ensure brand consistency across all ad creatives and campaigns. NKey Success Metricsn● Improvement in click-to-install (CTI) rate N● Reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC) NRequired Skills: N● 9– 12 years of experience in digital video production or performance ad creatives N● Strong proficiency in storyboarding and visualization is a must N● Understanding of platform-specific creative best practices N● Ability to work in a rapid-paced, experimentation-driven environment NPreferred Skills: N●Experience with UGC-style ad production N● Basic editing skills N● Familiarity with performance analytics dashboards
