JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES: NReporting to the Senior Manager-Corporate Partnerships, the Assistant Manager-Corporate Partnerships (AM-CP) shall be responsible for increasing face-to-face solicitations with corporate donors to meet the fundraising objectives of SOS CVI and ensuring end-to-end donor servicing. NKey Job Responsibilities: N(1) Responsible for achieving fundraising targets; personally initiate corporate tie-ups in the assigned area, with special focus on closing deals/donations and achieving set targets as per the objectives of the organisation. N(2) Monitor achievement of fundraising targets and obtain information on best practices/success stories from team members to build capabilities and increase fund generation. N(3) Coordinate internal communications and awareness of the organisation's direction, mission, aims and activities. N(4) Conduct surveys of potential markets for fundraising. N(5) Conduct various fundraising initiatives. N(6) Prepare proposals andprocess grant applications; submit Fund UtilisationCertificates (FUCs) and progress reports; and coordinate volunteering engagements with corporate employees. N(7) Develop strategies toencourage new or increased contributions. N(8) Conduct research to identify the goals, net worth, history of charitable donations or other data related to potential donors. N(9) Create or update the donor database with complete donor profiling. N(10) Identify and build relationships with potential donors. N(11) Monitor budgets,



expenses and progress reports for corporate donors to ensure alignment with legal documents such as Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs). N4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: NQualification: NApplicants must be graduates with substantial, directly relevant experience. Candidates with a postgraduate degree or diploma in a field relevant to the position shall be at an advantage. NExperience: N(1) 4-5 years' experiencein corporate fundraising in an NGO; n(2) Prior experience in proposal and concept-note writing; n(3) Strong understanding of the CSR domain and latest trends; n(4) Good presentation skills, including preparation of PowerPoint presentations. NSkills and Competencies: N(1) Excellent communication skills in English. Applicants must have significant and proven writing skills; n(2) Proficiencyin MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and the internet; n(3) Change orientation; n(4) Execution orientation; n(5) Operationalexcellence; n(6) Passion to serve; n(7) Relationship building.
