Job DescriptionRole & responsibilities : Nn Manage the recovery process for LAP & BL products in the respective region, ensuring optimal collection efficiency. N Hire, train, and lead ateam of Branch Collection Managers/Executives, providing continuous mentoring and coaching. N Monitor collection performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures to minimize NPAs. N Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Fraud, and Central Teams) to streamline collection strategies. N Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and team productivity. N Drive team engagement, retention, and development, fostering a high-performance culture. N Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies in collection and recovery operations. NnQualifications & Experience: Nn 5-8 years of experience in collections & recovery in the NBFC/BFSI sector. N Robust leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
