NAs we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager & Strategist who can drive our social media presence, build impactful content strategies, manage influencer collaborations, and contribute to brand and business growth. N*Key Responsibilities* N*Social Media Strategy* NDevelop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. NCreate monthly content calendars and platform-specific growth strategies. NBuild content pillars, campaign ideas, and audience engagement initiatives. NMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content opportunities. NContent Creation & Creative Management NLead end-to-end content planning, production, and publishing. NDevelop creative concepts, scripts, content briefs, and campaign ideas. NCoordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and content creators. NPlan and manage content shoots including customer stories, project walkthroughs, founder-led videos, trend-based content, and brand campaigns. NEnsure brand consistency across all social media platforms.



NInfluencer MarketingnIdentify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and content creators. NManage influencer agencies and collaboration campaigns. NExecute creator-led campaigns to improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. NTrack and optimize influencer performance. N*Performance & Analytics* NMonitor and analyze social media performance across all platforms. NPrepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights. NIdentify high-performing content formats and optimize future campaigns. NCollaborate with Performance Marketing teams to align organic and paid strategies. NTrack business impact through leads, website traffic, inquiries, and conversions. N*Required Skills & Qualifications* N4–7 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or Brand Marketing. NProven experience independently managing social media accounts for brands. NStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. NExperience planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns. NExcellent content ideation, storytelling, and script-writing skills. NExperience managing content shoots and creative production. NStrong analytical and reporting skills. NExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities. NAbility to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
