Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities: NLead multi-workstream client engagements end-to-end, setting approach and managing risk Nand escalations, integrating outputs across teams, managing expectations and mentoring junior Ntalent to uplift execution quality N* Meet quantitative expectations of charge time and utilization (1,495 hours for a total of 65% Nof time worked)n*Develop client relationships and serve as primary contact for assigned client engagements Nincluding for scoping, planning and timelines. Maintain regular communication with the Nonshore team, client and relationship executive for streamlined client experience N* Optimize staffing and capacity and remove blockers. Effectively plan, allocate tasks and Nmanage work teams on engagements to meet client deliverable timeframes with delivery Nof high-quality work product N* Review a sample of commercial loans of financial institutions to ensure that acceptable Ncredit standards are maintained and that loans conform to established company policy Nand any applicable regulatory requirements. N* Analysis of the credit risks within individual commercial loans and commercial mortgages Nand opine on the appropriateness of risk grades for the loans reviewed. N* Review documentation relating to origination and renewals, collateral, insurance, flood Ncertification(s) etc. Document compliance with loan policies, lending procedures and Napplicable regulations with the application. N* Document observations, deviations that need to be discussed with the client. N* Conduct activities consistent with established banking policies, procedures and systems,



NBank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations in the United NStates of America.n* Manage performance, staffing, and development plans; build a diverse, high-trust team Nculture. Provide guidance, coaching and actionable feedback to seniors/assistant managers. N* Monitor budget vs. actuals for the workstream; recommend corrective actions early N* Effectively lead calls with the onshore (US) team to discuss team progress, quality and Nproductivity.n* Demonstrate leadership in firm initiatives; foster cross-practice collaboration N* Manage the team in providing other risk advisory services to financial services and other Nindustry clients as required. NEssential Qualifications and Experience N* Master's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (M. Com/B. Com/MBA). Major in NBanking would be a plus. N* 15-20 years of experience in the banking industry with a focus in lending, credit analysis and Nloan review.n* Knowledge and experience in US banking industry with good knowledge of applicable rules Nand regulations is strongly preferred. N* Good knowledge and understanding of business banking and commercial loan products Nand lending credit policies/guidelines.



N* Good knowledge of commercial lending, agricultural lending, real estate development, Coand Nconstruction lending, andthe required collateral documents for each type. N* Experience in regulatory compliance for US based financial institutions is preferred. N* Experience managing multiple projects from start to end, including involvement in scoping Nand ownership of planning, execution, reporting and delivery. N* Strong experience in performance management and people development, stakeholder Nmanagement, escalation management, and ability to communicate effectively with other Nleaders, both internally and externally. N* Prior experience of working with overseas teams is essential. NSkills & Abilities: N* Good spoken and writtenEnglish N* Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability N* Self-motivated and detail-oriented N* Strong desire and capacity to learn N* Strong leadership skills with self-accountability N* Ability to develop people and client relationships N* Ability to plan and prioritize multiple projects, follow through on requests, take initiative, Nwork under pressure and meet deadlines. N* Able to generate quality work products in a timely manner with solid attention to detail. N* Able to communicate well with team members and leaders across US and India. N* Ability to grasp new things quickly and apply learnings N* Team player with stronginterpersonal and communication skills N* Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, and Adobe. N* Prior experience with CaseWare or DiCom CQS is a plus.
