NThis role exists to ensure that every learner interaction is thoughtful, consultative, and outcome-driven, not transactional.The Role NAs a Business DevelopmentExecutive, you will work closely with learners to understand their goals and guide them toward the right programs. NYou will own the journey from the first conversation to final enrollment, ensuring clarity, trust, and a strong learner experience throughout.What You'll Own Nn End-to-end learner conversations from first touchpoint to enrollment N Understanding learner goals and guiding them with clarity and empathy N Follow-ups, objection handling, and decision support N Maintaining quality andconsistency across all interactions N Accurate documentation of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes N Contributing insights to improve product, marketing, and program experience N Building relationships through calls, events,



and networking opportunities NWhat Problems You'll Solve Nn Helping learners make informed decisions instead of rushed choices N Reducing drop-offs caused by confusion or lack of clarity N Building trust in a high-volume, fast-moving sales environment N Ensuring conversations are consultative, not script-driven N Bringing structure and consistency to follow-ups and communication NHow This Role EvolvesnIn the initial phase, your focus will be on understanding the product, learner personas, and running effective conversations. NOver time, you will be expected to improve conversion quality, handle more complex conversations, and contribute to refining sales processes and playbooks.
