NIf building meaningful client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth comes naturally to you, we'd love to connect. NKey Responsibilities: NIdentify and develop current business opportunities across the architecture and workplace ecosystem. NBuild and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, architects, developers, and key decision-makers. NLead client discussions, presentations, and business negotiations.



NCollaborate closely with internal teams to craft tailored workplace solutions. NDrive revenue growth while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. NMaintain CRM records and provide regular business updates. NWhat We're Looking For: NMinimum 5 years of Business Development experience in the Architecture, Interior Design, Workplace Design, Commercial Fit-out, or related industry (Mandatory). NStrong B2B sales and client relationship management experience. NExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. NA proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to work independently. NBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
