Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: N● Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for commercial office spaces. N● Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations. N● Develop detailed Revit models, drawings, and documentation. N● Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation in Revit. N● Coordinate with projectmanagers, vendors, consultants, and execution teams. N● Conduct site visits andensure designs are implemented as per approved plans. N● Assist in material selection, furniture specification, and finish schedules. ' N● Ensure compliance with design standards, building regulations, and project requirements. N● Revise designs based onclient feedback and project needs. N● Maintain project documentation and design records. NRequirements: NTechnical Skills:



N● Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit. N● Expertise in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software. N● Proficiency in AutoCAD. N● Good knowledge of AdobePhotoshop, Illustrator, and presentation tools. N● Experience in creating photorealistic renders and walkthroughs. N● Understanding of commercial interior fit-outs and workplace design. NSoft Skills: N● Strong design sensibility and attention to detail. N● Excellent visualizationand presentation skills. N● Valuable communication and stakeholder management abilities. N● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. N● Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
