NThe role acts as a bridgebetween business leadership (EXCO) and engineering teams (Internal and external project stakeholders including tech partners), enabling seamless execution, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of complex technology initiatives NOverall Job Description N1. Program Delivery & Execution Nn Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology programs from initiation to production rollout. N Drive planning, estimation, execution, and governance across multiple projects. N Ensure delivery within timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks. N Establish and track KPIs, milestones, and program health metrics. Nn2. Stakeholder & Governance Management Nn Engage with senior stakeholders, including EXCO and business heads, to align priorities and provide visibility on program status. N Lead governance forums,steering committees, and executive reviews. N Drive structured reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies. Nn3. Technology Leadership & Strategy Nn Contribute to technology roadmap and strategic initiatives aligned to enterprise goals. N Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards. N Guide adoption of modern engineering practices (API-led, cloud, DevSecOps). Nn4. Risk & Issue Management Nn Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.



N Define mitigation plansand ensure timely resolution. N Escalate critical riskswith clear impact and resolution path. Nn5. Delivery Excellence & Process Improvement Nn Drive adoption ofAgile / Hybrid delivery models and best practices. N Continuously enhance delivery frameworks, tools, and processes. N Ensure effective SDLC governance, testing, and release management disciplines. Nn6. Financial & Resource Management Nn Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization. N Align resource planningwith program needs across internal teams and vendors. N Track and report financial performance and variances. Nn7. Team Leadership& Capability Building Nn Lead and mentor program managers, project managers, and engineering leads. N Drive a high-performance, ownership-driven culture. N Enable capability building across Agile, DevOps, and program governance. NnEssential Skills Nn 10+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading Programs across CX, UI/ UX, Digital LOS/ LMS, On-boarding, Payments functions. NnProgram & Delivery Nn Strong program management expertise (PMP / Agile certifications preferred) N Experience managing organization-wide, multi-stream programs NnTechnologyn N Working knowledge of: N APIs & Microservices N Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
