NAbout the RolenWe're hiring a Program Manager who takes full ownership of learner outcomes, not just task execution. NThis is a senior IC role with a clear path to people management for the right performer. You'll run multiple cohorts end-to-end, from onboarding through completion, in a space where curriculum, tools, and learner expectations shift fast. Comfort with ambiguity isn't a nice-to-have here. NWhat You'll Ownn→Multiple cohorts simultaneously, end-to-end, from onboarding through completion N→ Dashboard and access management for all active learners N→ Session readiness: published schedules, confirmed instructors/mentors, zero execution gaps N→ Onboarding calls withinTAT, with proactive flagging of misaligned expectations N→ Retention: track attendance signals, intervene on disengagement,
