Job DescriptionRole Overview: NWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing multiple projects within the organization, ensuring successful implementation and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. NResponsibilities: Nn Develop Program Plan: Must Have (Define detailed program plans including project interdependencies and get buy-in from stakeholders. N Drive program teams. N Risk & Issue Management, Change Management). Translate business vision and business case into program plans and get buy-in from stakeholders. N This is a multi-dimensional and multi-functional role. You will need to be comfortable reporting program status to executives, as well as diving into technical discussions with internal engineering teams and external partners. N You should collaborate with, and leverage, colleagues in business development, product management, analytics, marketing, engineering, and partner organizations.



N You must manage multiple projects and ensures all releases on time. N You are responsible to manage and deliver solutions to support an organizations vision and strategic direction. N The program manager delivers the solution to support an organizations vision and strategic direction. Capable to working with a different type of customer and should possess valuable customer handling skills. Should have experience in defining the project and delivery plan for each assignment NnQualifications: Nn Location: Indore N Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects across multiple functions. N Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. N In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban. N Experience with programmanagement tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration platforms. N PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus. N
