NJob DescriptionnVideo Investment and Execution: NPrepare reports for clients on national accounts (Tracking, GRP, Posts) NEnsure that DDS and GRP charts reflect most updated brand requirements NCommunication with networks regarding client's scheduling NEnsure that move requestshave been requested and are being followed up on daily NOrganize all upfront information into summary documents (i.E. "Roll-Ups") NAnalyze upfront plans, execute options and sell-off requests, negotiate scatter buys and prepare scatter buy recommendations NEnsure that allocations match flighting/$'s/GRP requirements NPrepare Monthly Spending Reports NClient & Internal Relationships: NMaintain special client related projects (i.E. Marketplace updates) NDevelop and maintain relationships with network sales executives NAssist in managing expectations of clients and their deliverables NWork with supervisor to develop and oversee junior staff, manage time, assure projects are completed on time and adhere to budget NKeeps up with the latest trends in media, programming, and ratings NInforms client/team of new opportunities or issues NParticipates and leads,
