This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Client Relations, and Field Operations, responsible for driving loan sales, disbursements, and low delinquency through consistent field visits and centre meetings. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Drive business loan sales by identifying and acquiring potential customers, building relationships and achieving sales targets through field visits. N MTO ensures disbursement targets are met with minimum delinquency.



N Assess the potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas. N Disbursement, repaymentand delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly targets. N Undertake regular fieldvisits, Centre Meetings, and review loan applications. N Build robust client relationships both internally and externally and establish strong brand identification with potential customers. N Ensure weekly/daily meetings & visit to centre. NnRequirements: Nn Minimum 1-5 yearsof experience in Field Sales, loan against property / home loans. N A valid Driving License(DL) and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory requirements for this role. N Basic understanding about business Loans model working would be preferred.
