The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering Security Operations capabilities, integrating ServiceNow with enterprise security tools, and enabling organizations to automate and strengthen their security operations. NAs a trusted consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business and security requirements, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance an organization's cybersecurity posture. NKey ResponsibilitiesnServiceNow Security Operations Nn Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions, including: N Vulnerability Response (VR) N Security Incident Response (SIR) N Threat Intelligence (TI) N Configure and customizeSecOps applications to align with business and security requirements. N Develop scalable workflows, automation, and orchestration using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and platform capabilities. N Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, and Catalog components where applicable. NnIntegration & Automation Nn Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise security technologies, including: N SIEM platformsn Vulnerability Management solutions N Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) N Identity & Access Management (IAM)



N SOAR platformsn Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub Spokes. N Enable automated security response and incident remediation workflows. NnSolution Delivery Nn Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements. N Prepare solution designs and technical documentation. N Participate in solutionarchitecture discussions and recommend industry best practices. N Support development, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization. N Perform platform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization. NnStakeholder Collaboration Nn Work closely withCybersecurity, Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Application teams. N Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery. N Provide technical guidance during implementation and support activities. N Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and coding best practices. NnRequired Skills & Experience Nn 4–8 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience. N Proven expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps). N Robust implementation experience in: N Vulnerability Response (VR)



N Security Incident Response (SIR) N Threat Intelligence (TI) N Strong understanding ofcybersecurity domains, including: N Vulnerability Management N Security Incident Management N Threat Intelligence N Endpoint Securityn Identity & Access Management (IAM) N SIEM & SOAR concepts N Hands-on experience with: N Flow Designern IntegrationHub N REST & SOAP APIsnBusiness Rules N Script Includesn Client Scripts N UI Policiesn ACLs N JavaScriptn Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise security solutions such as: N Qualysn Tenable N Rapid7n Splunk N Microsoft Defendern CrowdStrike N Palo Alto CortexnMicrosoft Sentinel (preferred) N Good understanding of ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow platform architecture. NnPreferred Qualifications Nn ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) N ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (Preferred) N Security certificationssuch as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent will be an added advantage. NnPreferred Experience Nn Experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps implementation projects. N Experience working in enterprise cybersecurity environments.
