NPrimary Role: DSS Takara Bio India is building a new high-performance commercial model in Karnataka, with Bangalore as one of our most important growth markets. NWe are looking for a robust Regional Business Manager / Regional Head – Karnataka to lead this transformation. This is a high-impact role for someone who can build deep relationships with leading biopharma companies, genomics labs, diagnostics companies, CRO/CDMOs, academic institutes, startups and research organizations across Karnataka. N"This is not a routine regional sales role. This is an opportunity to build one of DSS Takara Bio India's most important growth regions from the ground up." NResponsibilities: Nn Own revenue, growth, gross margin and strategic account development for Karnataka. N Build and execute account plans for top customers across Bangalore/Karnataka. N Lead direct account development in key accounts such as biopharma, pharma, genomics, diagnostics, academia, CRO/CDMO and biotech startups. N Reduce overdependence on dealer-led selling by building strong direct customer relationships. N Manage and develop the regional sales team.



N Work closely with national sales, product managers, application specialists, marketing and dealer partners. N Build a disciplined operating rhythm around CRM, pipeline reviews, field visits, demos, seminars and account reviews. NnCandidate must have: Nn Strong customer network in Bangalore/Karnataka preferred. N Proven experience managing strategic accounts and sales teams. N Ability to sell consultatively to scientists, procurement teams and senior management. N Strong commercial discipline, CRM orientation and field leadership. N Experience working withboth direct sales and channel/dealer models. NnQualification: Nn M.SC / M. Tech.- Biotechnology/Life Sciences N PhD in Life Sciences ispreferred NnExperience: Nn 8–12+ years of experience in life sciences tools, molecular biology reagents, genomics, diagnostics, biopharma, pharma, research products or scientific instrumentation. N At least 5 years' experience in managing regional sales team NnAdditional Skills (If Any): Nn Understanding of life sciences products N Effective communicationSkills N Problem solving attitude N Decision making ability N Strategic mindset with execution capabilities N A proven track record of managing a sales team.
