Job DescriptionJob Title: Business Excellence Manager NRole PurposenTo drive process excellence, business transformation, and operational efficiency across functions by leveraging commercial acumen, solid business process understanding, and SAP systems. The role will act as a bridge between business users and technology, ensuring standardization, governance, and continuous improvement. NKey ResponsibilitiesnBusiness Process Excellence Nn Analyze, design, and improve end-to-end business processes across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Manufacturing. N Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses; recommend and implementimprovements. N Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and best practices. NnCommercial & Financial Focus Nn Work closely withCommercial, Sales, and Finance teams on pricing, margins, credit controls, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory processes. N Support management withbusiness analysis, MIS, dashboards, and performance metrics (KPIs). N Ensure process alignment with business goals, profitability, and compliance. NnSAP & Digital Enablement Nn Act as a businessSPOC for SAP (SD, MM, FICO, PP) N Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications. N Support SAP enhancements, rollouts, upgrades, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization. N Ensure optimal usage ofSAP for reporting, controls, and automation. NnContinuous Improvement & Governance Nn Lead process audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.



N Drive Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement initiatives. N Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance standards. NnChange Management & Stakeholder Engagement Nn Drive change management and user adoption for new processes and SAP changes. N Conduct training sessions and workshops for business users. N Coordinate with cross-functional teams, IT, consultants, and external partners. NnKey Skills & Competencies Nn Strong understanding of commercial operations and business processes N Hands-on experience with SAP (SD/MM/FICO preferred) N Process mapping, documentation, and improvement mindset N Analytical thinking anddata-driven decision-making N Strong stakeholder management and communication skills N Project management and execution capability NnQualification & Experience Nn MBA / CA / CMA / Engineer with relevant business exposure N 8–15 years of experience in Business Excellence, Process Improvement, Consulting, or ERP-driven roles N Prior experience in manufacturing / textile / FMCG / large corporate environment preferred NnKey Outcome Expectations Nn Improved process efficiency and standardization N Better SAP adoption andbusiness alignment N Strong governance, controls, and visibility N Measurable cost, time, and productivity improvements NnKey factorsn N Hands-on SAP (SD/MM/FICO) experience N Strong process improvement and commercial exposure N Individual contributor with some cross-functional influence N
